Originally developed for aircraft maintenance, and was primarily used for the final finishing and polishing of passenger windows on commercial aircraft.
Features:
- It is difficult to make deep scratches on the object being polished, and a uniform and stable finish can be obtained.
- Structurally it is the same as abrasive cloth paper, but since a particularly soft cushioning material is used for the base material treatment and synthetic resin, it is gentle on the object being polished.
- The product is flexible, and it easily conforms to the complex shapes of three-dimensional objects, and produces a fine and beautiful finish.
- For removing scratches, finishing, pre-finishing before compounding, and adding gloss to plastic products, metal products, painted surfaces, etc.
- It can be polished either dry or wet with water.
Structure and Function
- Flexible base material, synthetic resin is used.
- Abrasives are evenly dispersed in the binder and coated.
