E - INVOICING
Not all orders require the collection of additional customer information. Where required by applicable laws or regulatory requirements (including, where applicable, Malaysia's e-Invoice requirements), we will notify the customer and request the necessary information needed to process the order and comply with our legal obligations.
If a customer is notified that additional information is required but fails or refuses to provide the requested information within the timeframe specified by us, we reserve the right to suspend, reject, or cancel the order.
Where an order is cancelled for this reason, any refund will be made after deducting any non-refundable costs already incurred by us, including but not limited to payment gateway fees, merchant transaction fees, processing charges, administrative costs, and other third-party charges that cannot be recovered by us.
The customer acknowledges and agrees that such deductions represent reimbursement of actual costs incurred and do not constitute a cancellation penalty.
By placing an order, the customer agrees to provide any information reasonably required for us to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations when requested.
DELIVERY
*For delivery selections, additional top-up shipping fees may be required at a later date once the products have arrived and are ready for delivery.
